Grace Kennedy Spearheads Sports Nutrition in Jamaica
Dr. Heather Little-White, Food and Nutrition Consultant, gave a presentation entitled "The Synergistic Link between Food Marketing and Sports Nutrition: The Grace Kennedy Experience" at a press conference held in January. This was done in light of Grace's nutrition sponsorship for Olympics London 2012.

Callaloo is a green vegetable traditionally used in Jamaica for breakfast, especially with salt fish, fried dumplings, yam and banana.
It is a rich source of nutrients, particularly minerals, vitamins A, B and C, protein, iron, riboflavin, ascorbic acid and amino acid.
